Filip Kurto of Macarthur FC kept them in the contest on several occasions with good saves.

Defenders

Damien Da Silva of Melbourne Victory was arguably their best player.
Jonathan Aspropotamitis had a good season at centre-back for Macarthur FC; he averaged the most clearances per 90 minutes in the A-League Men with 6.0.
Mark Beevers of Perth Glory helped them defensively, many a time.

Midfielders

Henry Hore of the Brisbane Roar finished the season with two goals and five assists.
Keegan Jelacic had a good season for Perth Glory; he won’t be playing at Perth Glory in Season 2023/24 as he is going to play in Belgium.
Angus Thurgate of Newcastle Jets led by example; he rarely played a bad game.
Jay O’Shea was one of the best players in the A-League Men, as he finished the season with nine goals and two assists for the Brisbane Roar.
Connor Pain scored three goals and provided eight assists for Western United.

Forwards

Adam Taggart of Perth Glory scored five goals in 13 games.
Trent Buhagiar scored five goals and provided four assists for Newcastle Jets.

Substitutes

Carlo Armiento of Brisbane Roar can play on the left wing or up front.
Cameron Cook is a good young goalkeeper who played for Perth Glory.
Jacob Dowse of Perth Glory provided five assists.
Reno Piscopo scored one goal and provided four assists for Newcastle Jets.
Josh Risdon finished the season with two goals and five assists. He played partly as a left-back and other times as a right-back.
Ryan Williams of Perth Glory scored four goals and provided two assists.
