Zach Guthrie should be a revelation for Geelong in season 2023.

Half-backs

Tom Stewart was in the back pocket in the AFL All-Australian team in season 2022.
Sam Taylor selection in the AFL All-Australian team last season at centre half back was well deserved.
Lachie Whitfield should be a key player for GWS, in season 2023, if he can avoid injury.

Centres

Mitch Duncan averaged the second most disposals of any Geelong player in season 2022. He averaged 23.41 disposals per game.
Noah Anderson should be a revelation in season 2023.
Josh Kelly is arguably the best leader in the GWS team.

Half-forwards

Ben Ainsworth should improve on his seventh finish in the Best and Fairest for Gold Coast in season 2022
Harry Himmelberg is a player that’s capable of playing as a forward or a defender. He finished fourth in the GWS Best and Fairest last season.
Toby Greene averaged the sixth equal most goals of any player in the AFL last season. He averaged 2.47 goals per game in 15 games in season 2022.

Forwards

Tyson Stengle was selected in the forward pocket of the AFL All-Australian team in season 2022.
Jake Riccardi should be looking to ensure he is in the best 22 for GWS in season 2023.
Nick Holman will want to improve on his ninth place finish in the Gold Coast Best and Fairest in season 2022.

Followers

Jarrod Witts averaged the most hit-outs in the AFL in season 2022 with an average of 37.86 hit-outs per game.
Cam Guthrie finished equal first in the Best and Fairest last season for Geelong.
