In a Nutshell
I have compiled a team of players that I believe will be in the Premier League Season 2020/21 Team of the Season To be eligible for selection a player must have been part of a Premier League team’s squad as of the start of the Premier League Season 2020/21, which begins on Saturday September 12, 2020.

Goalkeeper- Kasper Schmeichel (Leicester City)
Right Back: Kyle Walker (Manchester City)
Centre Back- Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea)
Centre Back- Victor Lindelöf (Manchester United)
Left Back: Andrew Robertson (Liverpool)
Defensive Midfield: Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City)
Centre Midfield: Jordan Henderson (Liverpool)
Centre Midfield Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City- Captain)
Right Wing/ Striker: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
Striker Jamie Vardy (Leicester City)
Left Wing/Striker: Sadio Mane (Liverpool)
Goalkeeper
Kasper Schmeichel has been a revelation for Leicester City. He was a big part of Leicester City winning the Premier League in Season 2015/16. From then on, he has been reasonably consistent. Expect him to play a pivotal role if Leicester City are to finish in the top four in the Premier League Season 2019/20.
Defenders
Kyle Walker is a right back that’s capable of not only doing a good job defensively, but making marauding runs down the right flank.
Antonio Rudiger is a pivotal part of the Chelsea defence. In Premier League Season 2019/20 Rudiger even managed to score two goals.
Victor Lindelöf has proved that he is an important part of the Manchester United defence.
Andrew Robertson should be renowned as one of the best left backs in the world. In Premier League Season 2019/20 Robertson scored two goals and provided 12 assists.
Midfielders
Wilfred Ndidi will be an important part of the Leicester City in Premier League Season 2020/21.
Jordan Henderson is a player that has the potential to help his team control the tempo of the game.
Kevin De Bruyne was probably the best player in the Premier League in Season 2019/20. Expect him to prove his consistency wasn’t an aberration in the Premier League Season 2020/21.
Strikers
Mohamed Salah was a pivotal part of Liverpool winning the Premier League Season 2019/20 title. Expect him to prove that Season 2019/20 wasn’t an aberration in Premier League Season 2020/21.
Jamie Vardy scored the most goals of any Premier League player in Season 2019/20. Expect Vardy to replicate that in Season 2020/21.
Sadio Mane showed his class in Premier League Season 2019/20 scoring 18 goals and providing ten assists. If Liverpool are to win the title in Premier League Season 2020/21 then Mane will need to replicate his form from Season 2019/20.
