The Top 5 Players Based on Ability in Each Team (2019/20- Part 3)

I have devised a Premier League Pecking Order for every team in the Premier League divided into ten parts with two teams per part. The ability of each team’s top 5 players with the parts been done in alphabetical order, with regards to the team’s names. To be eligible to be a part of the Premier League Pecking Order a player must have been part of a Premier League team as of January 1, 2020. It was formulated up until March 10, which was the last Premier League fixture prior to postponement. There are 5 players that have been selected based on their ability. The 3rd part comprises of Burnley and Chelsea.
