In Game Week 35 of the Premier League Who Could Have Seen the Results Coming?

Premier League Game Week 35 My Review (Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool)

Manchester United and Chelsea are both fighting it out for a top 4 finish, while Liverpool are in the conversation for the Premier title. Find out what happened in an unpredictable and fascinating Game Week 35.

Everton v Manchester United My Review

This was a one sided affair; Manchester United put in a deplorable display in an important game with their top 4 hopes on the line. Everton dominated the game on the scoreboard from start to finish with 4 different goal scorers. I was go as far to say as the result was unacceptable from a United point of view and their manager will start to feel the pressure at least from the media; not necessarily for his job, but for his managerial ability as United were annihilated 4-nil.

Manchester United v Manchester City My Review

At least a more respectable scoreline this time around as far as Manchester United perspective conceding just 2 goals, but United still failed to score once again. It was a result that you would have expected following the Everton result, but the damage on the scoreboard wasn’t too bad for the home team.

Chelsea v Burnley My Review

This was a surprising result as Chelsea really would have set out to win this game; so a 2-2 draw would have been disappointing for Chelsea. No disrespect to Burnley at all, but United would have felt that this was a must win as far as securing a top 4 finish is concerned.

Cardiff v Liverpool My Review

Liverpool made hard work of what they would have expected to be a fairly easy win. They failed to score in the first half, which would have been disappointing from their perspective. As Liverpool is quality team they prevailed in the end, so they managed to score 2 goals in the second half and keep their hopes of taking out the Premier League title alive.
