A-League Round 27 My Preview
This is the final Round of the season; it should be a thoroughly entertaining Round with some potentially enjoyable games scheduled for the neutral spectator.
My Choice of a definite winner for this Round: Phoenix
Thursday April 25th
Roar v Reds
There is only one way for the Roar and that is up, but that’s how it would appear anyway. It’s difficult to see the Reds not being victorious in this one.
Roar Game Changer: Eric Bautheac
Reds Game Changer: Ryan Kitto
My Prediction: Reds
Friday April 26th
City v Mariners
City should win this one, but you never know as Round 26 the Mariners were fairly good.
City Game Changer: Jamie Maclaren
Mariners Game Changer: Matt Simon
My Prediction: City
Saturday April 27th
Jets v Sky Blues
The Jets were outstanding last week and they will be looking to back that up against the Sky Blues this weekend. The Jets will be wanting to take something into preseason in terms of morale so they will be looking to win this game.
Jets Game Changer: Roy O’Donovan
Sky Blues Game Changer: Brandan O’Neill
My Prediction: Jets
Wanderers v Victory
Like the other teams in the bottom four the Wanderers will be desperate to win their last game of the season in order to prove that they have a bright future and there will be some players that are playing for contracts. The Victory will be looking to bring some momentum into the finals series.
Wanderers Game Changer: Roly Bonevacia
Victory Game Changer: Kosta Barbarouses
My Prediction: Victory
Sunday April 28th
Glory v Phoenix
The Phoenix are almost certain to win this game as the Glory will be resting players and the Glory will be looking to get through the game unscathed in terms of injuries. The Phoenix will be looking to bring some momentum into the final series.
Glory Game Changer: Liam Reddy
Phoenix Game Changer: Roy Krishna
My Prediction: Phoenix
