Premier League Game Week 30 My Review (Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool)
It was a fascinating Game Week 30 of football in the Premier League as the results pertaining to the 3 teams were unpredictable. Manchester United and Chelsea are fighting for a top 4 finish, while Liverpool are contenders to win the Premier League title.
Arsenal v Manchester United My Review
The game was fairly even statistically, but Manchester United lost in the stat that counts the most and that is the goal tally. Arsenal were clinical in the final 3rd as they managed to score from 2 out of the 3 shots that they had on target. United had more possession as well as an extra shot on target in comparison to that of United. At the end of the day Manchester United would be disappointed leaving the contest empty handed from a points perspective.
Chelsea v Wolverhampton My Review
Chelsea dominated every stat except for the most imperative one which is the goals scored column. Remarkably Chelsea had more than 3 times the possession that Wolverhampton had and Chelsea failed to win the game even though they had 22 shots to 2 and 6 shots on target in comparison with Wolverhampton who managed just a solitary shot on target. Eden Hazard was the hero for Chelsea scoring an equalizer in injury time of the 2nd half cancelling out Wolverhampton’s goal and ensuring that Chelsea didn’t leave the game with nothing.
Liverpool v Burnley My Review
Burnley took an early lead to give Liverpool scare as it appeared as if an upset was brewing at that point in time. Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane starred for Liverpool both managing to score a brace. Liverpool dominated the key stats and managed to translate their dominance onto the scoreboard as they won the game 4 goals to 2, even though they did suffer a scare with Burnley scoring 1st.
