Facts and Figures

Goals Scored: There were 20 goals in six matches.
Clean Sheets: Three out of 12 teams that played kept a clean sheet.
Draws: There were no draws in six matches!
Round 2 (In a Nutshell): In five out of six matches where a team claimed three points, the winning team had more shots on target than their opponent.

Round Highlights

Alexander Badolato scored a hat trick for the Newcastle Jets against Melbourne Victory, with two of the three cracking goals from outside the box.

Max Caputo scored a brace for Melbourne City against Perth Glory. Zane Schreiber and Kavlan Rahmani both scored their first goals in the A-League, with both goals spectacular.

Victor Campuzano of Sydney FC scored a clever goal with a backheel, that broke the deadlock in the 58th minute, against Central Coast Mariners.

Carlo Armiento scored a fantastic goal, that gave Wellington Phoenix a 2-1 lead against Brisbane Roar.

Macarthur FC goalkeeper Filip Kurto was outstanding in a 2-1 win over Adelaide United.
