Arsenal

The three points were thoroughly deserved, even though they conceded the first goal against Manchester United.

Aston Villa

It was difficult to see what they wanted to achieve; looked disjointed.

Bournemouth

There’s no disputing that Brentford is a tough place to go and Bournemouth would be pleased with a point.

Brentford

They would be disappointed to only draw as they had 21 shots, compared with Bournemouth who had 12. Brentford never stopped trying to score and in the end they claimed a deserved point.

Brighton and Hove Albion

Roberto De Zerbi couldn’t be more pleased with his players. Youngster, Evan Ferguson scored a hat-trick and showcased his talent.

Burnley

It’s difficult to fathom that Burnley led 1-nil in the fourth minute against Tottenham Hotspur, as they lost 5-2.

Chelsea

The result sums up where Chelsea are at, as they failed to claim a point against Nottingham Forest, at home.

Crystal Palace

They played well and thoroughly deserved the three points against Wolves.

Everton

It’s unfortunate for them that they failed to claim three points against Sheffield United as they played some good football.

Fulham

After conceding a goal from Nathan Ake of Manchester City that made the score 2-1 in favour of them, Fulham offered nothing.

Liverpool

Controlled the game against Aston Villa from start to finish.

Luton Town

The first goal that was scored by Jarrod Bowen from a goalkeeping error by Luton Town goalkeeper, Thomas Kaminski. They did show some fight to get back into the game and score in the 92nd minute through Mads Anderson. They were unlucky not to be awarded a penalty after that, as there appeared to be a handball by James Ward- Prowse of West Ham United, but that’s football.

Manchester City

They were clinical as they scored from all five of their shots on target against Fulham.

Manchester United

It was tough a task for them to play against Arsenal, even though they took the lead in the 27th minute through Marcus Rashford; they deserved to lose the game.

Newcastle United

They weren’t at their best and Brighton and Hove Albion were too good for them.

Nottingham Forest

There’s no disputing that 23.9% possession and winning the game sums up the job coach Steve Cooper has done, as he managed to get the win away to Chelsea. It’s remarkable that Nottingham Forest won the game, even though they didn’t have much possession.

Sheffield United

Did their best to win the game, even though Everton were probably the better team.

Tottenham Hotspur

It was great to watch a team go out and play attacking football; they played against Burnley and conceded the first goal in the fourth minute, but won 5-2 with Son Heung-Min scoring a hat-trick.

West Ham United

They weren’t ruthless enough; 2-Nil is the most dangerous scoreline for a reason, as West Ham United were fortunate to win the game as they conceded a goal late.

Wolverhampton Wanderers

The scoreboard flattered them; they lost the game by one goal against Crystal Palace, but it could’ve been more.
