Bottom Ten Premier League Season 2020/21- Jigsaw Puzzle (Following Matchweek 8)

Since there are 20 teams in the Premier League, I have formulated a hypothetical game between the Top and the Bottom Ten teams. In order to be eligible for selection a player must have featured in at least one game in Premier League Season 2020/21. As Arsenal are the highest on the Premier League Table in this Jigsaw Puzzle, they had two players selected. Every other team had one player selected.

12th– West Ham: Aaron Cresswell
13th– Newcastle United: Callum Wilson
14th– Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes (Captain)
15th– Leeds United: Patrick Bamford (Vice Captain)
16th– Brighton and Hove Albion: Adam Lallana
17th– Fulham: Ola Aina
18th– West Brom: Sam Johnstone
19th– Burnley: Charlie Taylor
20th– Sheffield United: John Lundstram

Coach

Marcelo Bielsa (Leeds United)- Bielsa has been an outstanding Coach; he isn’t afraid to make substitutions at half time. He also isn’t scared to play attacking football.

Goalkeeper

Sam Johnstone (Goalkeeper- West Brom)- Johnstone has made the third most saves of any goalkeeper after Matchweek 8 in the Premier League with 32 saves. That works out to four saves per game, on average.

Defenders

Ola Aina (Right Back- Fulham)- Aina has been a consistent performer and has even managed to score a goal in Fulham’s only win, which came in Matchweek 7.
Gabriel Magalhaes (Centre Back- Arsenal)- Magalhaes has featured in every game apart from Matchweek 3. He has even scored a goal.
Aaron Cresswell (Centre Back- West Ham)- Cresswell is a defender, but he hasn’t been afraid of venturing forward as he has provided three assists.
Charlie Taylor (Left Back- Burnley)- Taylor has featured in all seven matches that Burnley has played and has even provided an assist.

Midfielders

Bruno Fernandes (Centre Midfield- Manchester United)- Fernandes has led from the front for Manchester United. He has contributed a lot in the final third as he has scored five goals and provided three assists.
John Lundstram (Centre Midfield- Sheffield United)- Lundstram has featured in all eight matches that Sheffield United have played. He has been a shining light.
Adam Lallana (Centre Midfield/Attacking Midfield- Brighton and Hove Albion)- Lallana has played a part in all eight matches that Brighton and Hove Albion have played. He has played the entire 90 minutes in the last two matches.

Strikers

Patrick Bamford (Striker- Leeds United)- Bamford has scored seven goals and provided two assists.
Alexandre Lacazette (Striker- Arsenal)- Lacazette scored three goals for Arsenal in their opening three matches of the Premier League Season.
Callum Wilson (Striker- Newcastle United)- Callum Wilson has scored six goals and provided two assists.
