Backs

Jeremy Howe was outstanding for Collingwood. It was a typically quality James Sicily performance. in Round 4. Jack Lukosius played a key role in the Gold Coast win over Fremantle. Lukosius kicked a freakish goal at a pivotal point of the game. Sam Docherty displayed why he is so highly rated and why he was such a big loss for Carlton in Season 2019; due to injury. Darcy Moore was outstanding for the 2nd week in a row. Robbie Tarrant kept North Melbourne in the game at times and helped to nearly get them over the line.

Midfielders

Lachie Whitfied showed plenty of composure in GWS’s narrow win over Collingwood. Marcus Bontempelli showed courage going back with the flight of the ball on a few occasions. Bontempelli was the reason why the Western Bulldogs beat Sydney. Sam Menegola displayed why he is one of the most underrated players in the AFL with a quality display against Melbourne.

Forwards

Toby Greene kicked 3 pivotal goals for GWS. Levi Casboult was exceptional for Carlton with 3 goals. Dan Butler kicked 3 goals against his old team; Richmond. Charlie Dixon kicked 6 goals against West Coast. Tim Membrey kicked 3 goals in a quality display. Membrey didn’t only kick goals, he provided a target. Chad Wingard helped Hawthorn narrowly defeat North Melbourne with 3 goals.

Followers

Tim English’s performance shows that he is capable of being renowned as 1 of the best ruckman in the competition. It was a typical Lachie Neale performance with 31 disposals. Tom Papley kicked 4 out of 5 of Sydney’s goals!

Interchange

Matt Taberner provided a target, battling manfully for Fremantle against the Gold Coast. Matthew Rowell kicked 2 goals and amassed 20 disposals in an inspirational display. David Cunningham was probably best on ground for Carlton against Essendon. Jack Billings displayed what a good player he is in helping St Kilda defeat Richmond.
