A-League 2019/20- Round 13 My Preview

A-League 2019/20- Round 13 My Preview

Yet again it’s difficult to predict the results in the 5 games, with all 5 games with the exception of Wellington Phoenix v Central Coast Mariners predictable, at least on paper, that is. Expect a lot of good football to watch from the viewers point of view, find out why!

Team with Round 13 Bye: Perth Glory

My Choice of a definite winner for this Round: Wellington Phoenix

Wednesday Night Game

Western Sydney Wanderers v Brisbane Roar
This should be a good game of football as its 7th against 10th and both teams could use the three points, therefore it should be an attacking game with both teams in need of a win. Above all else I expect both goalkeepers to be kept busy.
Western Sydney Wanderers Game Changer: Daniel Lopar
Brisbane Roar Game Changer: Jamie Young
My Prediction: Western Sydney Wanderers

Friday Night Game

Melbourne City v Western United
Both teams were poor as they both lost in Round 12; Melbourne City lost a game despite their opposition going down to 10 men, while Western United lost at home, 3-1 to Wellington Phoenix. Expect this game to be attacking as well and Melbourne City to be victorious.
Melbourne City Game Changer: Jamie Maclaren
Western United Game Changer: Max Burgess
My Prediction: Melbourne City

Saturday Night Games

Wellington Phoenix v Central Coast Mariners
Expect Wellington Phoenix to continue on the good form that they showed in Round 12 of the A-League.
Wellington Phoenix Game Changer: Liberato Cacace
Central Coast Mariners Game Changer: Tommy Oar
My Prediction: Wellington Phoenix

Sydney FC v Adelaide United
This isn’t an easy game to predict a result in, but I expect Sydney FC to be too good for the visiting Adelaide United.
Sydney FC Game Changer: Andrew Redmayne
Adelaide United Game Changer: Ryan Kitto
My Prediction: Sydney FC

Sunday Night Game

Melbourne Victory v Newcastle Jets
This should be an attacking game, as both coaches have shown that they like to play attacking football. It will be interesting to see how Ernie Merrick goes coaching against his former side.
Melbourne Victory Game Changer: Elvis Kamsoba
Newcastle Jets Game Changer: Dimitri Petratos
My Prediction: Melbourne Victory
