Lance Franklin was prolific with 5 goals, Franklin was back to his best for the Swans. Isaac Heeney was one of the best players for the Swans.
Reilly O’Brien outplayed the Giants ruckman, Shane Mumford. Sam Walsh showed why he is a quality player. Tom Papley kicked 5 goals and won plenty of the ball, Papley played an important role for the Swans.
Angus Brayshaw didn’t stop trying all day for the Demons. Max Gawn was a stand out for the Demons accumulating over 30 possessions. Gryan Miers kicked 3 goals for the Cats, Miers played a key part in the Cats obliterating the Tigers. Josh Kelly was the Giants best player against the Crows.
