Rafael Benitez was born in Spain on April 16^th, 1960.
He first coached Real Madrid B and has coached 14 teams overall.
Of note, he has coached Valencia, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Chelsea as interim coach, Napoli, Real Madrid and Newcastle United just to name a few.
He signed a three year contract at Everton on June 30^th, 2021.

He first coached Preston North End, then Everton, Manchester United, Real Sociedad, Sunderland and he was at West Ham from 2017-2018.
His second stint at West Ham has been since 2019.
