I have reviewed 9 teams in the 2019 AFL Season with varying talking points to Part 1 in Part 2 of 2. The story of Part 2 was Richmond who won the Premiership and specifically the debut of Marlion Pickett who debuted in the AFL Grand Final and was outstanding. The Western Bulldogs played some good footy to make the finals. It was a tough task to go through and review the 9 teams and revisiting them 3 per subheading. There were new coaches and of course some entertaining footy played; that’s the most important part!

AFL Season Review 2019 (Part 1)

I have reviewed 9 teams in the 2019 AFL Season with some highs, lows and disappointments in Part 1 of 2. In the end it turned out to be an unpredictable Season, especially the Grand Final! There were some remarkable performances ranging from youngster Sam Walsh from Carlton who won the Rising Star to Nat Fyfe who won the AFL’s most prestigious honour; the Brownlow Medal; for a 2nd time! It was a challenging task going through the teams and reviewing them 3 per subheading. Find out all the trials and tribulations of half of the teams!

AFL Finals 2019, Grand Final My Preview

Grand Final Preview- 2019 (Tigers v Giants)

The game of the weekend promises to be an entertaining one; it will feature a first gamer in Marlon Pickett, from the Tigers, that’s an extremely brave move! The Giants will get back Toby Greene from suspension and Lachie Whitfield from having his appendix out. The unlucky two who are omitted from the Giants team are Lachie Keefe and Ian Hill. The Giants are strengthened by their ins, while the Tigers haven’t gone like for like in their one change as Pickett isn’t a tagger like Jack Graham, who is injured.
