Goalkeeper

Karl Darlow will be playing against a in form Southampton team. He will have to be at his best in order for Newcastle United to get anything out of the game. Expect him to be playing at his optimum level as he has made the most saves on any goalkeeper in the Premier League this Season, 34 to be exact.

Defenders

Kyle Walker will be looking to replicate his display in Matchweek 7 if Manchester City are to defeat Liverpool, as he was the best player on the pitch against Sheffield United.
Tyrone Mings proved that he is a player that can change the momentum in a game in Matchweek 7. He scored the first of three Aston Villa goals, which meant they nearly got a point.
Harry Maguire should be at his best in Matchweek 8 for Manchester United.
Ben Chilwell has the opportunity to prove what a good recruit he has been for Chelsea against Sheffield United.

Midfielders

James Ward-Prowse of Southampton will be looking to replicate his display in Matchweek 7 where he scored two world class free kicks in the 1st half.
Miguel Almiron was outstanding in Matchweek 7 and will want to follow that up when Newcastle United face Southampton.
Gylfi Sigurdsson will be endeavouring to have a good game when Everton take on Manchester United.

Strikers

Callum Wilson should be too good for Southampton’s defence.
Aleksandar Mitrović will be looking to cause West Ham’s defence problems.
Harry Kane will be difficult for the West Bromwich Albion team to stop from scoring.
