Brayden Maynard finished equal 2nd in the Magpies best and fairest with Nick Daicos.

Half-backs

Nic Newman of the Blues finished 2nd in their best and fairest.
Darcy Moore averaged the equal 4th most intercepts per game of any player in the AFL with 8.38, along with Jake Lever.
Scott Pendlebury of the Magpies played to his optimum level in season 2023.

Centres

Josh Daicos won the Magpies best and fairest.
Patrick Cripps was one of three Blues players in the AFL All-Australian squad of 44.
Blake Acres of the Blues averaged 422.40 metres gained per game and featured in all but one game in Round 4, when he was suspended.

Half-forwards

Nick Daicos of the Magpies may have only played in his 2nd season, but he is already a superstar and a leader.
Brody Mihocek scored the most goals of any Magpies player with 47.
Sam Walsh of the Blues played well in the final’s series as he won the Gary Ayres Medal. Along with that, he averaged 6.72 score involvements per game in the 18 games that he featured in.

Forwards

Jordan De Goey averaged the most score involvements per game of any Magpies player with 6.67.
Charlie Curnow of the Blues won the Coleman Medal with 78 goals in the home and away season in 2023.
Bobby Hill kicked the 3rd most goals for the Magpies in season 2023 with 33 goals, eight of the goals came in the final’s series.

Followers

Darcy Cameron of the Magpies played an important role as he averaged 4.63 score involvements per game and featured in 19 games.
Jack Crisp averaged 5.54 score involvements per game and polled 16 votes in the Gary Ayres Medal.
Tom Mitchell finished 4th in the Magpies best and fairest.
