Predictions- Round 11 (Predicted winner for each game in Brackets)
Sydney Swans v (Carlton)
St Kilda v (Hawthorn)
Melbourne Demons v (Fremantle Dockers)
Geelong Cats v (GWS Giants)
(Gold Coast Suns) v Western Bulldogs
West Coast Eagles v (Essendon)
Richmond v (Port Adelaide)
Collingwood v (North Melbourne)
(Adelaide Crows) v Brisbane Lions
Game One of Nine
Sydney Swans v Carlton
Sydney Swans have a depleted back line, so expect Carlton to win the game. Coach Michael Voss dropped Jack Silvagni, which was inevitable given his poor form.
Game Two of Nine
St Kilda v Hawthorn
Hawthorn would have gained plenty of confidence and belief from their 116-point win in Round 10.
Game Three of Nine
Melbourne Demons v Fremantle Dockers
The Dockers should be too good for a Demons team missing two key players; Clayton Oliver and Lachie Hunter.
Game Four of Nine
Geelong Cats v GWS Giants
The Giants have been playing some decent footy despite having lost seven games in season 2023. They will want to win for Toby Greene in his 200th game of AFL footy.
Game Five of Nine
Gold Coast Suns v Western Bulldogs
The Suns could cause an upset against the Bulldogs. Stuart Dew made a big statement at selection dropping Brandon Elllis.
Game Six of Nine
West Coast Eagles v Essendon
Essendon should be far too good for the Eagles. The Eagles need to be more competitive, even though they are depleted due to injuries.
Game Seven of Nine
Richmond v Port Adelaide
Port Adelaide should win this game on paper. It will be interesting to see how Richmond play under interim coach, Andrew McQualter.
Game Eight of Nine
Collingwood v North Melbourne
North Melbourne can win this game if they can replicate their Round 10 performance.
Game Nine of Nine
Adelaide Crows v Brisbane Lions
The Crows should benefit from the inclusions of Tom Doedee and Taylor Walker. The Lions will be without Jack Payne due to injury.
