Toughest Players in Every Team of the AFL
I have judged the players from every team in the AFL on who is the toughest for their respective team; it was a tough, challenging and enjoyable process; check out who I decided upon. When the game is there to be won, who puts their body on the line.
Adelaide Crows to Fremantle Dockers
Adelaide Crows- Daniel Talia never shirks a contest.
Brisbane Lions- Lachie Neale is a player who’s as tough as nails.
Carlton Blues- It’s tough to go past Patrick Cripps.
Collingwood Magpies- Jack Crisp is a player who epitomises toughness.
Essendon Bombers- Zach Merrett is a player that always displays great endeavour.
Fremantle Dockers- Nathan Wilson- Someone who the Fremantle Dockers need to stay injury free.
Geelong Cats to North Melbourne Kangaroos
Geelong Cats- I hate to admit it, but Joel Selwood is perhaps the toughest player in the AFL.
Gold Coast Suns- Jarrod Witts- Holds down the number one ruck role, in arguably one of the worst teams in the competition.
Greater West Sydney Giants- Tim Taranto- Taranto never shirks a contest; he always puts in 100% effort and tries his best.
Hawthorn Hawks- James Worpel is impossible to go past as he is always trying his best when it comes to getting contested possession as well as clearances.
Melbourne Demons- Michael Hibberd is always up for the fight when it comes to the contest.
North Melbourne Kangaroos- Robbie Tarrant- Tarrant carries the entire North Melbourne defence on his shoulders, figuratively speaking.
Port Adelaide Power to Western Bulldogs
Port Adelaide Power- Scott Lycett has forced his way into the Port Adelaide team by sheer will power.
Richmond Tigers- Bachar Houli- Houli keeps on getting better, he is a quality footballer.
St Kilda Saints- Seb Ross- Ross always tries his hardest; he is one of the toughest players in the competition.
Sydney Swans- Tom Papley- Papley has to be in this team as he is a tough competitor.
West Coast Eagles- Liam Duggan- Duggan is a player that is becoming an automatic selection in the Eagles back 6.
Western Bulldogs- Josh Bruce will be a revelation for the Western Bulldogs as he is an extremely tough player.
