Preview- Round Four 2018 (AFL)
Round Four of the AFL promises to be round full of surprises. As we have seen in the 2018 AFL Season some teams have been disappointing whereas others have performed better than expected.
Crows v Magpies Preview
Both teams have injuries so they have an excuse if they lose! The last two weeks the Magpies have played well, despite only getting the four points in one of the two contests. The Crows are last year’s grand finalists and are currently third on the ladder. It’s a difficult game to tip and should be a relatively close contest.
Crows Game Changer: Richard Douglas
Magpies Game Changer: Josh Thomas
My Prediction: Crows
Giants v Dockers Preview
Both teams have won two out of their first three matches. This is yet another tough game to pick a winner.
Giants Game Changers: Lachie Whitfield
Dockers Game Changer: Michael Walters
My Prediction: Dockers
Tigers v Lions Preview
The game should be closer than people think, should the Lions replicate their form from last week against the Power. The Lions will be looking to get their third win of the Season.
Tigers Game Changer: Josh Caddy
Lions Game Changer: Luke Hodge
My Prediction: Tigers
Bulldogs v Swans Preview
I’m tipping an upset in this one, with the Bulldogs a good chance of surprising in this one.
Bulldogs Game Changer: Mitch Wallis
Swans Game Changer: Luke Parker
My Prediction: Bulldogs
Kangaroos v Blues Preview
This should be a close game, with both teams in need of the four points on offer.
Kangaroos Game Changer: Jarrod Waite
Blues Game Changer: Patrick Cripps
My Prediction: Kangaroos
Eagles v Suns Preview
On paper it appears that the Eagles should win this one, but I’m expecting the Eagles to be more predictable with the inclusion of Kennedy in the team. The Suns should be galvanised by spending time together in Perth and are a good chance of collecting the four points on offer.
Eagles Game Changer: Andrew Gaff
Suns Game Changer: Jarryd Lyons
My Prediction: Suns
Bombers v Power Preview
The Power still don’t have a recognised ruckman, with Ryder being injured and they have an inexperienced back line. Expect the Bombers to bounce back.
Bombers Game Changer: Devon Smith
Power Game Changer: Tom Rockliff
My Prediction: Bombers
Hawks v Demons Preview
These two teams have both had two wins in the three games that they have played. This game should be a close one.
Hawks Game Changer: Ricky Henderson
Demons Game Changer: Michael Hibberd
My Prediction: Hawks
Cats v Saints Preview
The Cats should win this game comprehensively. The pressure is on the Saints to show some fight and be competitive. Hopefully the Saints play a competitive game of footy.
Cats Game Changer: Sam Menegola
Saints Game Changer: Jack Steven
My Prediction: Cats
