(St Kilda) v Melbourne Demons
(Gold Coast Suns) v North Melbourne
(Hawthorn) v Richmond
(Western Bulldogs) v West Coast Eagles
(Fremantle Dockers) v GWS Giants

Thursday Night Game

Carlton v Collingwood
It may only be Round 2, but this could be a season defining game for both teams. The winner will have one win and one loss, while the loser will have two losses. This game could therefore build momentum for the winner. On the other hand, it could cause a capitulation for the loser.
Key matchup: Patrick Cripps v Scott Pendlebury
Carlton Game Changer: Zac Fisher
Collingwood Game Changer: Tyler Brown
My Prediction: Carlton

Friday Night Game

Geelong Cats v Brisbane Lions
Both of these teams lost in Round 1. Despite that, they would consider themselves as contenders in Season 2021.
Key matchup: Tom Hawkins v Harris Andrews
Geelong Cats Game Changer: Brandan Parfitt
Brisbane Lions Game Changer: Joe Daniher
My Prediction: Brisbane Lions

Saturday Afternoon Games

Sydney Swans v Adelaide Crows
These teams were underdogs in Round 1 and they both won. It should be an entertaining and fascinating game to watch.
Key matchup: Tom Hickey v Reilly O’Brien
Sydney Swans Game Changer: Callum Mills
Adelaide Crows Game Changer: Rory Laird
My Prediction: Adelaide Crows

Port Adelaide v Essendon
This isn’t going to be an easy game for Port Adelaide. It should be a tough game for them if Essendon can replicate their 1st half display against Hawthorn.
Key matchup: Travis Boak v Dylan Shiel
Port Adelaide Game Changer: Travis Boak
Essendon Game Changer: Devon Smith
My Prediction: Essendon

Saturday Night Games

St Kilda v Melbourne Demons
These two teams both won in Round 1, without playing their best footy. This is a difficult game to pick a winner in!
Key matchup: Paul Hunter v Max Gawn
St Kilda Saints Game Changer: Jade Gresham
Melbourne Demons Game Changer: Ed Langdon
My Prediction: St Kilda

Gold Coast Suns v North Melbourne
The Gold Coast Suns will view this as a must win game. They played a great brand of footy in Round 1. Despite that, in order to prove they are final contenders they have to get the win.
Key matchup: Jarrod Witts v Todd Goldstein
Gold Coast Suns Game Changer: Hugh Greenwood
North Melbourne Kangaroos Game Changer: Jy Simpkin
My Prediction: Gold Coast Suns

Sunday Afternoon Games

Hawthorn v Richmond
Hawthorn will want to prove their 2nd half performance in Round 1 wasn’t an aberration. They will benefit from having Tom Mitchell in good form. Coupled with their experienced players being in good form, they have youthful exuberance.
Key matchup: Ben McEvoy v Toby Nankervis
Hawthorn Game Changer: Tom Phillips
Richmond Game Changer: Jayden Short
My Prediction: Hawthorn

Western Bulldogs v West Coast Eagles
The Western Bulldogs and West Coast Eagles will view this as a Season defining game. That should be the case if they are aiming to finish in the top four!
Key matchup: Jack Macrae v Tim Kelly
Western Bulldogs Game Changer: Caleb Daniel
West Coast Eagles Game Changer: Andrew Gaff
My Prediction: Western Bulldogs

Sunday Afternoon Game (Perth Time)

Fremantle Dockers v GWS Giants
Both of these teams would be disappointed in losing in Round 1. They would both view this as a must win game.
Key matchup: Lloyd Meek v Matt Flynn
Fremantle Dockers Game Changer: James Aish
GWS Giants Game Changer: Josh Kelly
My Prediction: Fremantle Dockers
