My Favourite T20 11 (Pakistan- Team Five of Eight)

In a Nutshell

I have compiled a team of my favourite players from eight different countries in alphabetical order. To be eligible for selection a player must have played at least one T20 game for their country. To be a Captain of the team a player must have Captained a T20 team at the very least for a domestic T20 team. Incredibly, most bowlers are spinners! Opening Batsmen

Babar Azam has an average of 52.57 runs per innings opening the batting in 25 innings.
Mukhtar Ahmed has an impressive average of 32.00 in six innings opening the batting in the T20 format for Pakistan.

Wicketkeeper

Kamran Akmal averaged 33.33 runs per innings in seven innings batting at number three in the T20 format at international level. Remarkably, he had 28 catches and 32 stumpings in 58 matches.

Middle Order

Misbah-ul-Haq averaged 48 runs per innings for Pakistan in the T20 format in five innings. Remarkably in the eight games that he has Captained Pakistan they won six games and only lost two.
Sarfaraz Ahmed averages an impressive 42.67 batting at number five in the T20 format for Pakistan.

All Rounder

Abdul Razzaq 29.33 runs per innings batting at number six in seven innings. He bowled right arm fast medium. He took 20 wickets in 32 matches.

Batting All Rounder

Shoaib Malik averaged 54 runs per innings batting at number seven, in five innings. He took 28 wickets in 116 matches, bowling right arm off break.

Bowling All Rounders

Imad Wasim averages 52 runs per innings batting at number eight in five innings. He has taken 47 wickets in 47 matches bowling left arm orthodox. Most impressively he has an economy rate of 6.17.
Shahid Afridi from Pakistan was a good leg spinner who could bat as well!

Bowlers

Sohail Tanvir was a left arm fast medium bowler who took 54 wickets in 57 innings.
Saeed Ajmal took 85 wickets in 64 matches bowling right arm off breaks.
