Predictions- Round 6 (Predicted result for each game in Brackets)

Adelaide United v Perth Glory- Game Postponed
Newcastle Jets v Western Sydney Wanderers- Game Postponed
Melbourne Victory v Western United- (Melbourne Victory)
Macarthur FC v Sydney FC- (Macarthur FC)
Central Coast Mariners v Wellington Phoenix- (Central Coast Mariners)
Brisbane Roar v Melbourne City- Game Postponed

Thursday Game One of Round 6- (23/12/2021)

Adelaide United v Perth Glory (Game Postponed)

Friday Game Two of Round 6- (24/12/2021)

Newcastle Jets v Western Sydney Wanderers (Game Postponed)

Sunday Game Three of Round 6- (26/12/2021)

Melbourne Victory v Western United
The Victory could be too good for Western United, based on the performances of the two respective teams in Round 5. The difference between the two teams could well be that Tony Popovic is a better coach than John Aloisi. Along with that the Victory have a top class goalkeeper. There’s no doubt that Western United have a good squad, but they performed poorly in Round 5, which showed their flaws.
Melbourne Victory Game Changer: Ivan Kelava
Western United Game Changer: Josh Risdon
My Prediction: Melbourne Victory

Sunday Game Four of Round 6- (26/12/2021)

Macarthur FC v Sydney FC
Macarthur FC should have a good morale following their comeback win over the Jets. The importance of their goalkeeper Nick Suman should be there for all to see. It’s difficult to see Filip Kurto getting back in the team, if Suman can replicate his display in Round 5. Macarthur FC should win as they are on top of the A-League Men table and their morale should be high.
Macarthur FC Game Changer: Nick Suman
Sydney FC Game Changer: Paulo Retre
My Prediction: Macarthur FC

Monday Game Five of Round 6- (27/12/2021)

Central Coast Mariners v Wellington Phoenix
The Mariners have been arguably been one of the form teams in the A-League. The Mariners sit in the top four, because they are playing as a team and are galvanised. Their solid performances can be attributed to the good leadership of Captain Oliver Bozanic and a good mix between youth and experience. They also have a good coach, in Nick Montgomery, who has Coached the Mariners well.
Central Coast Mariners Game Changer: Oliver Bozanic
Wellington Phoenix Game Changer: Ben Waine
My Prediction: Central Coast Mariners

Monday Game Six of Round 6- (27/12/2021)

Brisbane Roar v Melbourne City (Game Postponed)
