Graham Arnold (Sky Blues)- The obvious choice. The Sky Blues played possibly the best Second Half in the history of the A-League, scoring five of the six goals in the second stanza.
Round 13 Player of the Week
Adrian Mierzejewski (Sky Blues)- Showed his class with his exquisite touches. A stand out.
Round 13 Team of the Week
Goal Keeper– Ben Kennedy (Mariners)- Was in my opinion the best player on the field with the Phoenix having six shots on target.
Left Back– Kyle Rowles (Mariners)- A young player with a bright future.
Left Centre Back– Antony Golec (Mariners)- One of the most underrated defenders in the A-League.
Right Centre Back– Rhys Williams (Victory)- Has been one of the best players for the Victory this A-League Season.
Right Back– Luke Wilkshire (Sky Blues)- Probably the form right back in the competition.
Defensive Midfield– Goran Paracki (Phoenix)- Played some accurate passes when the Phoenix had possession.
Left Centre Midfield– Brandon O’Neill- Showed that he has an all-round game with an exquisite goal (Sky Blues)
Centre Midfield– Daniel Adlung (Reds)- One of the best player’s on the field.
Right Centre Midfield– Josh Brillante (Sky Blues)- Hasn’t played a bad game this Season. Focussed and composed, he deserves accolades and recognition for his performances thus far.
Attacking Midfield– Adrian Mierzejewski (Sky Blues)-Has sublime skills, the best playmaker in the A-League in my opinion.
Striker– Bobo (Sky Blues)- Scored his second hat-trick in a row.
