Inspiring someone else to be the best that they can be.
Leaders take the initiative upon themselves to solve a problem.
Someone who is adaptable and doesn’t get flustered by adversity.
A person who’s direct and motivates people around them.
Without courage, you can’t achieve good things that are meaningful.
Most things require courage; ie, leadership and trust.
Regardless of the difficulty in order to reach an outcome, you attempt the task.
