Premier League 2020/21 My Combined Team (Part Four of Four- In a Nutshell)

I have formulated four combined teams, with five teams in the four combined teams in alphabetical order. Minimum, one player has been chosen from the twenty Premier League teams in the four Combined Teams. The players selected must have played at least one game in Matchweek 1 to 4 In Part Four the five teams are the 16th to 20th teams alphabetically in the Premier League.
