Auckland FC became the first team to beat Newcastle Jets in 2026!

Sam Cosgrove of Auckland FC has scored ten goals this season, which is the most of any player in the A-League.

Luke Vickery of Macarthur FC scored his fourth goal of the season.

Macarthur FC have won one of their last ten games in the A-League.

Only three points separates sixth place Central Coast Mariners and tenth placed Wellington Phoenix on the A-League ladder.

Highlights

19-year-old debutant Niall Thom helped Brisbane Roar salvage a point, in a game that finished 2-2 against Western Sydney Wanderers.

Bozhidar Kraev of Western Sydney Wanderers scored a brilliant goal from distance against Brisbane Roar.

Sam Cosgrove of Auckland FC scored a brace against Newcastle Jets.

Max Caputo scored the only goal in the final game of the round, thanks in part to a pinpoint corner from Daniel Arzani, that gave Melbourne City a 1-0 win over Sydney FC.

Points of Interest

Bruno Fernandes has the most assists in a Premier League season of any Manchester United player in their history, with 16, which surpassed David Beckham who had 15 in 1999/00.

Dominik Szoboszlai has scored four direct free-kick goals in this Premier League season. He now holds the record for the most direct free-kick goals by a Liverpool player in a single Premier League season, surpassing the previous best of three.

Highlights

16-year-old Max Dowman became the youngest-ever Premier League goalscorer for Arsenal by netting in their 2-0 win over Everton.

Benjamin Sesko scored his fourth goal off the bench under interim coach Michael Carrick, in the Premier League this season. Sesko scored his seventh goal in his last nine games.

Brentford and Wolverhampton Wanderers played an entertaining 2-2 draw. Brentford were leading 2-0, but bottom placed Wolverhampton Wanderers fought back to prove what a tough league the Premier League is, scoring twice and hitting the woodwork twice.
