Defenders

Caleb Daniel was instrumental in the Western Bulldogs defeating West Coast.
Daniel Talia did a good job at full back against GWS.
Nick Haynes showed why he is one of the most consistent defenders in the competition.
Lachie Whitfield was outstanding for GWS, providing plenty of run.
Jacob Weitering is a fantastic key defender, which he displayed against the Sydney Swans.
Jake Lloyd was arguably the Sydney Swans best player in Round 16.

Midfielders

Zach Merrett displayed why he is probably Essendon’s best player.
Matt Crouch showed that he is capable of being an elite midfield of the competition.
Sam Menegola amassed 30 disposals and kicked two goals.

Forwards

Zak Jones was a great player for St Kilda in their win over Hawthorn.
Travis Boak was brilliant for Port Adelaide.
James Cousins put in a solid performance for Hawthorn.
Rowan Marshall proved why he is one of the most underrated players in the competition.
Tom Hawkins kicked four goals.
Hugh McCluggage played extremely well for Geelong in Round 16.

Followers

Reilly O’Brien played an outstanding game for the Adelaide Crows against the Giants.
Lachie Neale showed why he should win the AFL Season 2020 Brownlow Medal.
Rory Laird proved that can be a permanent part of the Adelaide Crows midfield.

Interchange

Jack Steele performed extremely well for St Kilda.
Brad Crouch proved that he has plenty to offer as a player at the Adelaide Crows and that he shouldn’t be traded.
Sam Walsh played a fantastic game for Carlton.
Lachie Hunter was sensational in a tight win for the Western Bulldogs against West Coast.
