Average Score: 58.63 points per team; Reasonably low, considering Geelong scored over 100 points.
Average Winning Margins: 24.25 points per game, which indicates that there weren’t a lot of close games. Having said that five out of eight games had a margin of 14 points or less.
Round 16 (In a Nutshell): There were three games with margins of six goals or more separating the two times, with the other five games reasonably close.
